Problem

Three hotels under one group felt unrelated online, and booking was leaking off-site.

Approach

I directed a shared WordPress system: one hub, three hotel sites, one booking path.

Outcome

Online bookings rose 82% after launch.

One group, three hotels, one booking brain

FEYA asked for more than a pretty hotel page. They needed a group entry point that routes to three properties, and a site for each hotel that still looks like the family. Guests should never wonder if they landed on the wrong brand.

I directed a system, not three one-offs. Layout, photography treatment, and booking UI stay shared. Colour shifts per hotel so each place keeps a temperature of its own. WordPress was the CMS because the team had to own content after handoff.

The booking form was designed as part of the product, then connected to their reservation stack. That is the unglamorous piece that moved the number: online bookings up 82%.

What I designed

Group hub, three hotel sites on one visual chassis, and a booking form that belongs to FEYA rather than to a widget. Differentiation is colour and photography, not a different UI per property.
